The need to create our own dedicated Customer Service Program has always been paramount in our thinking. With its development came the establishment of the OC Training Academy.
Our unique courses combine both the academic and practical aspects of our Service provision, whilst providing our people with the philosophy, theory and principles of our customer service values.
Our Training Academy is also available to those clients who are seeking “stand alone” solutions to their own training needs - offering courses specifically tailored to their precise needs.
